my sims is not launching, i have tried everything

My sims will not open, origin thinks I have it open when it's nowhere on my computer, when I go onto the sims widget it says 'application is not responding'. I have tried repair in origin, but nothin...

It worked when you took out your saves, tray and mods. You put everything back and it stopped working again. It's most likely a Mod issue, possibly a corrupted save so you need to test by starting with a clean Sims 4 folder again and only putting your saves back in the newly generated Sims 4 > saves folder. One by one, testing each save.
