My Sims won't do anything

I don't understand why my game isn't working. The last four times I've tried to play my sims don't do anything. Everything queues up but they never do anything. I have reset the game, repaired it three times, and updated to the latest version. Nothing ever works. I have no problem logging into EA or opening the game. I can edit in CAS too, but I just can't play.

Same exact thing here. No mods or cc, I’ve repaired SEVERAL times, deleted save files and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the sims are still just standing there.

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
• Start a new save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
