I noticed this with a teen in my game when my main save was fairly new. It was particularly interesting as she lived on her own in an apartment. She wasn’t one of the pre-made teens, just a randomly generated one. The other, pre-made teens aged as normal, just this one teen who didn’t. I was able to tell as I kept tabs on her age by checking MCCC. She stayed at 0/52 (I play on Long) and the others aged like usual. Eventually I just deleted her.
@Lucy_HenleyStrange, your problem is not the same as mine.
Teens don't stay at "0", but gain days without aging (for example, the last one i saw was at 106/21 when i checked MCCC).Maybe your sim, for some reason, was immortal ?
I know, for example, that vampires stay at 0/X.
