Did you go to system settings and click on the sims 4 installed on your windows, if you did right click on the subfolders and you will see electronics arts, click that find Mods folder. Once there check if there is a package folder, if not, create one. After that is done place all downloaded contents in there once they have been extracted.

I already did that. It still won’t work on my computer. Nothing is even coming up on my mods or custom content.
