[NEEDS SAVES] No option to cook Japchae
Cozy Celebration requires you to prepare Japchae to complete to quest, and my sims culinary skills are maxed out, but Japchae does not show up in the list of meals to cook.

I've tried with two different sims and on different counters. They will start to make it and then stop and do the "can't go there" animation. I just wanted to complete the event quest, but I can't make japchae.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.I had the same problem, and I have no mods. I had to buy the cheapest stove. It should work on all stoves no matter the cost were pack they came from. Again, I do not have any mods. If this is happening to you, get a cheap stove. :/
