[NEEDS SAVES] No option to cook Japchae
Cozy Celebration requires you to prepare Japchae to complete to quest, and my sims culinary skills are maxed out, but Japchae does not show up in the list of meals to cook.

I had the same problem, and I have no mods. I had to buy the cheapest stove. It should work on all stoves no matter the cost were pack they came from. Again, I do not have any mods. If this is happening to you, get a cheap stove. :/
- @EuropaFrost Which stove did you use before ? I'm not using the cheapest one and it's working fine for me.
Did you not have the option available or did it not work to cook it ?

Same issue for me. I’ve tried removing all mods, even putting a counter and stove in the middle of the yard. Still happening ☹️
