New game werewolves already have temperament and points without shifting

Hi all I have a new issue with werewolves. I play on PC and I haven't updated to the new high school patch yet. Yes I use CC, but it's mostly clothing and appearance stuff with a few scripted ones.

I've had and have been playing the werewolves pack for a while now with not to many issues.

Today I tried starting a new game with a new werewolf and she spawned with a temperament and two points already.  Just landed in world looking like she already shifted.

I tried taking out the CC I recently downloaded and remaking a new game to see if one is doing it, but nothing changed. Is there a way to find out what is causing this and fix it? My werewolf on my main save didn't do this.

Help please? I included a screenshot of the last ones I tried.

**I updated my game to the most recent version and it's still doing the same thing on new saves.**
