No infants in CAS

Hi; 

I have the latest update of the 14th of March, I have some elements about it (stretch marks etc) but thats it.

I cannot create an infant in the CAS, I feel like I'm missing something, but my game is updated so if anyone had the same issue but found a solution please help haha.
