No "Load Game" on Main Menu - Can't Load Households

So I recently got a new laptop and re-downloaded the Sims 4 and had no issues loading and playing the game. Mind you I have no CC and this laptop has more than enough storage to handle basic gameplay...

Ok, turns out it was saving to my iCloud. I did your steps and it worked! thank you SO MUCH!

    @kalaayoo Glad to hear that worked.

    You might want to turn off icloud for the folder. Can't help on how to do that though as I'm not a mac user :D
