No mod folder in my sims

Hello!

I have a new PC, so of course i wanted to download Sims 4. 

I downloaded it with the EA app. But, I don't get a MOD folder.

My sims  also doesn't download in de Electronic arts map, but in de Electronic Games map.. 

I already started the game, not played with a family only the home screen started and i turned on modifications.

What can i do? I really want to play with my mods again!

    @marloessx 

    When you started the game the Electronic Arts folder was created. In the Sims 4 folder you find there will be the mods folder.

    I've looked in all those folders.. but he's really not there as you can see in the video. It's not much different than on my laptop so I don't understand why I can't find/install it now.
    I have already installed it in my windows storage but I prefer it on my separate storage.. I have already tried this.. However, with both it cannot find the mods folder.. I have already played in case it then came along. I had already read this, but it is still not listed. On my laptop I still had origin and I switched to EA here I had to go directly to EA, could it have something to do with that?
