No option to take speedy shower?

Is this is a bug? I really can't tell. Or am I only supposed to be able to take one in a certain mood or something stupid like that and I just didn't get the memo?

    @siirysiir Hi!  You will only get the option for a speedy shower when your sim has an energized moodlet / buff.

    @siirysiir When your sim is energized, the speedy shower option has a green-yellow tag like this...
