No Rentals in Granite Falls

@Nonya98  Does Granite Falls show up properly in a new save?  Please test if you haven't already, still with no mods present.

It does show up with the rentals in a new game without mods present.  But it still won't show up in my original game with or without mods.

@Nonya98  Try disabling the Outdoor Retreat pack, loading your main save, saving your progress, and then reenabling the pack.  Here's how to disable a pack:

When you save without the pack, use "save as" so that your original save is preserved; you can go back to it later if necessary.  This process will remove all Outdoor Retreat content from the save (but not any others as long as you don't load and save them too), with the idea being that reintroducing the pack will hopefully also add back a working version of the world.  Please run this test with no mods present.

@puzzlezaddict I've done exactly as you've instructed, but I don't know if it actually disabled it.  How do I tell if it's worked?  Sorry, I'm old and computer illiterate! 

@Nonya98  If Outdoor Retreat is disabled, you won't be able to travel to Granite Falls: it won't even show up with the other worlds on the travel screen.

@puzzlezaddict Okay.  So, disabling it is not working.  It still shows up with the rest of the worlds.

@Nonya98  Make sure you're launching Sims 4 from your EA App game library, not from a shortcut.

@puzzlezaddict Yeah, I'm using the App.  Never a short cut.  And now I'm getting an error code telling me the game failed to load.  *sigh*

@puzzlezaddict Alrighty, I found a way around the issue of uninstalling the pack and then I reinstalled it (still no mods or cc) and it still doesn't work.  I feel like I'm not getting anywhere...literally.

I tried to talk to EA about this and they said it was an issue on their end and they were working on it.  That was a lie.  So, I appreciate all your help!  Any idea what the next step is?
