Not responding

Hi, I have two problems, one is that whenever i open sims 4 it stops responding and i can't figure out what mod is causing this, or if it conflicts with another. I cleaned the folder a couple of times. And the other thing is the prom event is gone from the calendar, i don't get the pop-up either, when i turn aging on.

    @teodorag02 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
