npc sims wont eat at parties

this has been going on for a while now and i dont know why. i created alot of sims that are now npc, at parties and holdidays and in general i will make food for them, and when i call to meal they wont eat the food. the sims in my household will, but npc sims wont. i do have alot of mods and cc. i dont have enough time to do the 50/50 thing with my mods folder so if someone knows what kind of mods would do this it would be appreciated. (this occurs even with grand meals) i have a mod that lets me have 200 sims at a part instead of 15 , could that be a reason?
