Thank you @stormkeep, @luthienrising, and @lorea. I use a lot of mods so my first thought was that one mod is interfering with another, a new problem caused by the new pack. After the pack was released, I started with a fresh install, I added my mod folders back one at a time. I didn't trigger the problem until I had 5 or 6 added. Then it wouldn't even load a save at all. So with just those six folders (which some have multiple mods), I did the 50/50 method and kept having the problem even after testing them all. So, I removed all mods and did a repair, deleted all cache folders and resource.CFG and let the game create a new one. It worked twice after adding a few mods back in and it started having the issue again. I am going to assume I don't have the most recent T.O.O.L. and must have readded the old one. TM didn't post the updated one on Patreon so I went looking for it and may have downloaded and readded an old one (multiple times). Sorry for the long explanation. I just wanted you to know what I did before I posted. Don't want ya'all to assume I'm lazy :D
