I did have Hair, skin, and clothes still in, MCCC and UI extension so not completely empty. I shouldn't expect that these should have an effect. All I know is it worked fabulously before and doesn't now. Sims will finish eating if they go to a restaurant alone or with family members but dates don't eat.
Unfortunately, without testing with all the other things out, we can't be
sure it's not a conflict that started after a patch rather than the mod conflicting with the patch.
