We are still working through the Seller's party not fully appearing during a Negotiation Battle. Most often, we are seeing this issue for unoccupied lots. In the event that this occurs, you can cancel the meeting after some time and then try again. Most often, the NPC assigned as the "seller" are just unavailable at the moment. If you are at the event after a second time and still no Seller or Seller's Realtor appears, try this cheat: re.startnegotiationbattle. You must use this cheat at the Battle, and it must be if all else fails. DO NOT USE this cheat every time. Cheating too often with this process can result in weird results.

REINSTALL them. This may not apply to
all such mods, but it can't hurt, and many will need it.
