[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Sept ’21 Spa Day Refresh Patch

Re. Paulson's NPCC: Many of us have stopped reporting on that mod because of the modder's extreme delays in posting free versions, which goes against EA policy. If the mod is ever regularly released for free within two to three weeks of paid updates, someone can let me know.
