Only 1 Sim Can "Get Leftovers" From Fridge at a Time

If you have one sim already on the way to the fridge to "get leftovers" and you try to make another sim do the same, one of them will stop and act like they can't get to the fridge.  This is especially frustrating when you have a house full of sims.  Specifically, when they wake up in the morning, I'll send each sim to use the bathroom, then take a shower, and then get leftovers from the fridge.  I always end up having to make one or 2 stand around and wait for one to be done.  It would be nice if they could wait at the fridge, like a queue, until it's available for them to grab food.
