Ok so I did what you said and turned my mods off sadly, but my game is working now and so I have to play without my mods on or the specific mods that I have because I don’t know what mods are stopping me from playing. Thank you for helping

So in order to get my game to work I had to remove adeepindigos career mods and I had to remove twisted mexis mods which were 

Alwaysfulleditmode, always testing, tmex story toggle, and tmex vehicles hope this helps. Twisted mexis updated betterbuildbuy which I didn't have to remove because I updated that one.

Side note:I just purchased werewolves and wedding stories today prior to me purchasing and downloading these two game packs I didn't have an issue. Hope this helps.

I'm going to have to try this when I get home. 

Some things I can force myself to deal without but some parts of the sims need the mods to make the gameplay better (i don't envy console users.)

What I noticed yesterday was, even with always full edit mod and live dragging in the folder, the game worked whenever i created a new sim in a new save file. 

So, I couldn't open up an old save file without it taking me back to the chose your world menu screen. 

But I was able to create a new one and travel through worlds, I just couldn't close my game all day yesterday and at the very end of the night I was trying to travel and it gave me the error. 

So, I'll try removing those when I get home and update you all!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I got it when I tried to move my sim to a new lot (in Sulani). Other people have gotten it while just trying to move in a new household to different towns.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am kicked out of the loading screen and sent back to the world selector and told to relaunch the game (which doesn't work).
What do you expect to see? I should be able to move past the loading screen and go back into gameplay when moving my household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This is the first file that has done this to me and I made it after the most recent patch for the werewolf pack (did not buy the pack).

I along with 10 other people have all experienced the same bug and error message after the werewolf pack was released. This bug occurs when you try to move existing sims to a new lot or move new sims into a new lot from CAS. After the loading screen I am kicked back to the world selector screen and am told to relaunch the game. Relaunching and repairing the game have not helped. I have never used any mods or CC on this current save, but I am not sure if the others who are experiencing the same issue have. I have been able to delete everything on the lot and play with the family but I cannot change the speed of the game and my sims wont move. The file is unplayable, unless I go back to before I tried to move to a new lot. My file is in Sulani, but others are experiencing the same issue in other worlds.

my game seems to be working using tmex alwaysfulledit.

if anyone has sims4me (bienchen) mods, that seemed to be what was causing my issue. they updated the mods and below are the two mods that might've been giving me the issue.
