Pack Settings Missing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, All game packs except strangerville and the star wars one, all stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check pack settings in options
What happens when the bug occurs? There isn't a section of settings for at least one pack that I know has settings.
What do you expect to see? A section of settings for said pack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Appeared after the 7/18/23 update. I assume it was a side effect of the animal aging being fixed for cottage living as the option to turn it on or off is simply missing now.

Given how many packs I have there may be others but the missing Cottage Living settings are what brought me here. I tried to go turn the animal aging back on long enough to let some chicks age up and realized it's simply not there.
Included are screenshots of my complete Pack Settings window

    Hi there

As for Animal Aging, it appears that the setting location has been moved to accommodate the new EP.
    Please open Game Option>Game Play.
At the bottom you will find "Animal Aging".
    That's explains:
"If disabled, chickens, cows, foxes, llamas, rabbits, goats, and sheep will no longer grow older.

    Enjoy your stories.
