Pack up and Move Out pop up

There is an issue with the University pack. The Pack up and Move Out window keeps popping up when you enroll and choose to live off campus. I even dropped my sim out of University and it's still popp...

Yes i have Mods installed (MC Command Center) and have since deleted it.
