PC Sims Eating For Two Popup Gone

I'm playing Sims 4 on Windows and I noticed that the Eating for Two popup is gone. It appears when my sim takes a pregnancy test, but it won't show up if my sim doesn't take one. The pregnancy occurs...

That works as intended. It shows when a positive pregnancy test is taken.
