PC wont run Blender

Hi!

I'm wanting to get started into making hair meshes, but my pc won't run the latest version of blender. What can I do?

Sims4Studio uses Blender 2.70 all the way to 2.79, 2.8+ is unsupported. So download 2.79 or 2.78 as 2.79 can glitch sometimes, and use that instead.
