Even after the update the simology panel is still broken

I can give some details on some specifics on when/how to make the bug occur. In my save it is only occurring on the child who has a requirement met for one of the five child/teen bonus traits the other child's stats are well outside of being in range and is having no problem with the simology panel.
I did have mods loaded with them removed I still had the problem but when I reinstalled my mods there was an update to UI cheats extension that removed the problem I'm uncertain if the issue is just not occurring all of the time or if the game update fixed it and uninstalling mods fixed it or if one of the mods I'm using bypassed the problem. I will update if it returns for me.
