Plates and food disappear from toddler

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion packs, all Game packs Cool Kitchen Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Fitness Stuff, Toddler Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler take a plate of food and let them eat it. Cancel toddler's action when they are taking the plate away after eating (and most of the time the plate still has food on it)
What happens when the bug occurs? Toddler stops it's action as expected but the plate and food just completely disappear in stead of going into toddler's inventory or dropping next to them.
What do you expect to see? The toddler should either drop the plate next to them or put the plate into their inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

So I saw that my sims' toddler didn't finish their food and started to move the plate for kitchen counter. I wanted to stop them and make them finish their food as they were still a bit hungry so I cancelled their action. After that they stopped and I went to see their inventory so I could tell them to eat rest of the food but the plate wasn't there. It just disappeared with food in it. I checked the whole house in case it just teleported somewhere but no, the plate just disintegrated itself from the game.
