Hi, I've recently been having this same problem which really is annoying, sorry to bother (=, I enable my mods, and it says I have to restart my game, so I exit out and go back in. The problem is when I do that, the mods disable somehow and none of my cc is even noticed while I have it in my mods folder. I'm so sorry to bother.
