If you use mods or custom content, please remove the entire Mods folder and see whether the problem is gone. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
If the problem is a mod, you can add them back in batches, testing each time; when the error shows up again, split the last batch and retest until you find the issue. Or if you have a lot of mods and cc to sort through, the 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient.
