Touchingpaws We don't support 18+ mods here. You'll need to get support from the creators for those.
For other issues, outright delete broken mods.
There are some mods that deleting means you can't load previously played households where you used those mods but you can load other households; for those saves, you'll need to wait for updates. However, there are workarounds for this if the mod in question was a playmat or cooking mod. See Mod/CC Issues master post
You might have other broken mods, not just the SimRealist ones. See Previously Broken mods and CC and Broken and Updated Mods and CC.
