PLEASE HELP! the options for "romance" aren't showing up for me

ok so I was off sims for about a week and I got back on yesterday, I created 2 new sims and got them to meet and all that. I wanted them to start dating so I do the modify relationship cheat. I go in...

@eviexbright Hi! Did you try to reset the sims? Enable the cheats (testingcheats true) then SHIFT+ click on the sim. Choose the option to debug/reset.
