Potential CC bug? (random sims generated with no faces)

So, is anyone having any issues where random sims in CAS are being generated with...no faces? Like, it's weird. But the whole face is gone and just the teeth are showing. It's really disturbing. Be...

it could still be CC. The only way to figure out what it is is to pull things out and test.
