The Delgato, Hecking and Lynx families are all missing their pets in the world map view, in their pictures in manage households, and when loading into the houses.
You asked me if I had renamed the user folder; does that mean renaming the Sims 4 Folder itself in the Electronic Arts folder?
Quick question @crinrict :
When I rename the Sims 4 folder to The Sims_Old should I move the folder temporarily to the desktop, or should I leave it where it is?

@AalyahReed Doesn't really matter. Whatever you feel safer with. You can just move The SIms 4 folder to the desktop without renaming it.. I find renaming helps with confusion but it's really just a matter of still having the old folder while forcing the game to create a new one. Either will achieve that.
Wait so I'm confused. Do I go to the files and rename the file to exactly to sims 4_old then start the game and start a new game??? I already tried starting a new game and it didn't work. Or are my supposed to create a new folder in the my folders or go into the game to create a new folder.
