@AalyahReed Yes. Rename The Sims 4 to The Sims 4_Old for example and then start the game. It will then recreate a new folder. Start a new save this way and see if the issue persist
If it doesn't you can start copying your files over from your _old folder (saves with already missing pets will not auto-fix)

Wait so I'm confused. Do I go to the files and rename the file to exactly to sims 4_old then start the game and start a new game??? I already tried starting a new game and it didn't work. Or are my supposed to create a new folder in the my folders or go into the game to create a new folder.
