Prestige and unity flashes different colours glitch

When I first got the pack, it was turning different colours which almost looked like a rainbow. It didn't say prestige and unity but instead said header while flashing. I searched up how to fix it by deleting all my mods and repairing it and it worked. I put my mods back in and it started to work like normal until today. I was playing and it started to turn rainbow again and saying header. I removed my mods like before and repaired it again but this time it didn't work like usual. I repaired it a few more times and still it didn't work. I started a new world to see if it continues to glitch and it still glitches. It won't access who is in the dynasty, the skills and ideals, dynasty details or dynasty perks, along with all of the stuff that is included in the new pack.
