I loaded some other saves, and that worked fine, until I tried to exit to the menu.
I click that button, and the game is stuck on a grayed out screen. This happens with the gallery, too. I can look at creations from the gallery, and then try to exit out, and all I see is the same thing.
I tried restarting my computer, repairing my game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, moving my save files to another folder and back, and nothing is working.
I suspect it might have to do with my CC, but I never got any CC after the latest update (Nov 13th, 2018).
Now I've downloaded Get Famous, and this started happening.
I'd hate to think Get Famous caused this, because I've been waiting for the pack for ages.
Does anyone know what else I can do?
If you put your Mods folder on your desktop and play the game without them, do you still have the problem? If you don't you may have broken CC or Mods.
Quite a few Mods broke with the Nov 13th patch. There is a list of updated Mods here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/950909/broken-updated-mods-python-terrain-update-get-famous-nov-18/p1 You may need to delete the bad files and reinstall the new ones.
