Problem with the new expansion Horse Ranch and San Sequoia, won't Open.

Hello good afternoon, i have a question about the Game Sims 4 i just bought the new expansion pack Horse Ranch and San Sequoia so when i create a sim and go to the world to choose a place to live on, i open the new world Horse Ranch or San Sequoia and the screen went white and nothing happen, so i wait and won't appear the world, so i take a screenshot to show you how it looks, so i would will so glad if someone could help me to resolver this problem please, thank you for readibg me and have a nice day, i will let the screenshot here ----.&nbsp;

@BoraMexG&nbsp; If you use the T.O.O.L. mod, please remove it and test.&nbsp; It should be updated, so you can install the newest version, but please do test once without the mod present.

Hi, I'm having the same issue with San Sequoia, however my game is completely unmodded. Did you ever find a solution to this?

@Kat3Th3Great&nbsp; Do the other pack-related items show up?&nbsp; Does this happen in a new save as well, or only existing ones?
