problem with the new expansion pack

I'm having the same issue. I just bought the pack and added the Branche family to my gallery so I could play them. I'm getting a white screen for Nordhaven and have to exit the game.

hey Im also seeing a white screen for nordhaven. I have updated TOOL MCCC etc not sure whats going on

I've been fishing for answers here in the Forums--what I have found thus far:

1-- The White World (World Screen whited out, not loading) #1:  This is related to TOOL and because TOOL is no longer updated, you cannot have it in your Mods folder, at all.

2--The White World (World Screen whited out, not loading) #2:  This is related to ALL Mods, and Nordhaven will NOT load if your Mods are enabled, at all.

3--2 Copies of the Same World:  This requires Troubleshooting your EA App (if you use PC for TS4).  Consider EA Cache Cleaning, Maintaining your TS4 Game from the EA App, and Filtering some of the unneeded Gamefile Cache in the File Directory for TS4.  There may be additional Troubleshooting in the Forums, but I did not dive that far.

Im going to go ahead and remove TOOL as of now and see if it is TOOL thats causing it. I just did EA cache cleaning. And well while i refuse to pay w/o mods, i will try that as a last resort to confirm that the new expansion pack is just incompatible with mods. will keep u all posted 

EA cache - nordhaven is still white

removed TMEX TOOL from my mods folder - I can actually see nordhaven!

so its not a Mods problem, I think theres something wrong w/ TMEX TOOL
