Problems with mods/CC in game

Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have a lot of packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont understand this question.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i join one of my slots or download my own sims with cc from the gallery.
What do you expect to see? when i join a game the cc is gone from the sims, but its still available in "create a sim".
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I was repairing the game (I have done it before and it went well) and when it was done repairing I opened sims again. I joined one of my game slots and i saw that my sims were missing a lot of clothing and hair that was cc. I went in to "create a sim" but all of my cc was there. I tried to join another one of my slots, they were missing cc as well. I dont understand what is wrong because all of my cc is still there, but it is not on my sims anymore. I have tried to remove the mods folder and add it again, but it still does not work. I hope this was understandable. I really dont want to dress all of my sims over again, so i hope there is something to do about it.
