rainbow circle at top left of screen, once loading is finished screen goes black
please someone help. i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but this is only happening in my sims 4 game. whenever i try to load into the game, i get a random and small, rainbow circle at the top left of my screen. once it finishes loading, the green goes black. it does this every time i try to load into the game.
i have tried clearing cache, i have removing all my mods, i have tried playing with a clean, new sims 4 folder. i have tried lowing/increasing the graphics in the game settings, i have tried on windowed mode, fullscreen mode, and fullscreen windowed mode. nothing i have done has worked.
i have an Acer Aspire A315-24PT.
I am currently running windows 11 Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
i seemed to have found the culprit. i didn't realize the rainbow circle was reshade, and the specific gshade that has been causing a black screen on start up was the hot cocoa gshade by cocodaintysims.
