Ranch Hand keeps drinking all the milk?

So I got a ranch hand and while during their tasks they'll randomly start raiding my fridge and drinking all my milk. And only milk?? It took me a while to notice but eventually I realized my milk supply was depleting rapidly and it was the ranch hand as the culprit. I just wanna know if this is a bug or something cause the only way I can stop them is to keep watch of my fridge and resetting the sim. I've fired and hired multiple sims and they all do it?? Like?
