Yes, I turned off mods and deleted the localthumbcache. It didn't fix the issue, but I'm working around it. I ended up switching to full screen mode and changing the resolution as large as it would go. I think the pop-up needs to be dynamic based on screen resolution. If it's already supposed to be dynamic, it doesn't appear to be working properly. Thanks!
