Re: CAS infinite loading screen after 23. 07. update

Every time I try and go into create a sim mode it's just a blank white screen and nothing happened. Ive updated my game, my computer, freed up space on my Mac, and even repaired the game three or four times, and it still won't load. I was going to uninstall the game but when I was about to it said all content related to my game would be erased as well which included my cc so I couldn't do that. I don't know what else to do and I just want to play my game normally again and create more sims. please help!
