@kittencare45   Hi!  That's so weird and frustrating.  Does your sim have the High Metabolism trait?  I believe this trait could interfere with death from aging.  Also (sorry I have to ask) do you have any mods installed?  If so, I wonder if one of them might be the problem.

In the meantime, I wonder if you could maybe move her out of the current household and into a small lot to live out the remainder of her days.  Doing this means you might miss out on her urn / gravestone.  I don't know if that's important to you but that would leave your family tree intact and your other sims could move on.

    I don't believe she has high metabolism I could check, no mods I only have 2 packs installed cats and dogs, and werewolf she is a werewolf and I'm unsure if that has any effect

    She does not I removed all her stats with a moonpetal but even before that she didnt

    @kittencare45   Would you mind saving and sharing the household to the Gallery?  I wonder if I might play them in my game to see what happens.
