I'd be in agreement with you that it's likely a mod conflict, though I'm not sure which one or what would cause it to keep happening even after the mods/scripts were removed.
Is it every Sim you have experiencing this, or just one? Is it lot specific?
This one's kind of tricky to troubleshoot since there's the mention of issues occurring even if mods/scripts are disabled

I broke up my mod list and by pure fluke, the first section I troubleshooted had the issues. It's do with a candle making mod thing from Mod the Sims. 🙂 Thanks for trying to help anyway.

I have the same issue right now. Im wondering if its happening to someone else. Every social interaction are in double.
Im doing the 50/50 to find the problem, It's surely mod related. Is someone have a clue of what can cause this ?
