@rymscv The LE says the game is still modded.

Could you please remove all your mods again, delete the localthumbcache file, delete all the lastexception files you currently have, then trigger the error on a vanilla game and check if a new file is created. If so, upload that.

    Here is the new lastexception file created with no mods. If this information helps, I deleted and reinstalled the game (then added back my tray files, saves and mods) and the error was gone the first few times of startup and I could play as normal, but after the third time or so opening the game the error reappeared. Thank you!

    Oh my God, thank you so much but I think I solved the issue. I went into my Sims 4 Folder and saw that within my ConfigOverride folder, the Default.ini file I had in there had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted it. From there, I saw that the GameVersion.txt file also had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted that too. I then reopened the game and the glitch and code is gone in all the worlds and I can reopen my households again, with my mods enabled too. Thank you so much for all the help!

    @rymscv Thanks for the info. Makes me start to wonder if that configoverride folder was such a bright idea to add to the game.
