- @luthienrising I'm not sure if my computer is using OneDrive for it though? I'm not great at computer stuff so I'm not sure lol. All I know is I have my files in my file explorer app. I also don't see a tab at the top that says OneDrive, which is something I do see in the screenshots of the thread you linked. How do I know if my computer is syncing things through OneDrive?

(You would have to manually disable it syncing in your settings.) Do you see OneDrive listed anywhere in File Explorer? You can also check for it by looking at all applications and programs in your computer's device manager (settings app).
When you look at the file Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, what is the folder that Documents is in?
It's in the Sims 4 folder.
@EnochIsSalty And what folders are above Documents > Electronic Arts > The SIms 4? I suspect that you have your Documents folder inside OneDrive, but you need to look at the folders for that. You can also get the full path from inside the game: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
If it's OneDrive, you actually need to get Sims 4 out of OneDrive. Syncing Sims 4 files with OneDrive results in things like OneDrive deciding to "fix" your folders by putting stuff you deleted back in, etc. We have support about Sims 4 OneDrive problems here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-saves-user-content-disappearing-PC/td-p/12475370
