@Siarahc07 Check if you've done all of these steps:

• Put the files ending in .package are in the folder called Mods, and no more than five files deep
• Put the files ending in .householdbinary or .blueprint (the start is all a mishmash of numbers and letters) in the folder called Tray, with no subfolders at all
• In game, open the Gallery button and click over to the Library tab. (Gallery = online sharing; Library = your local Tray folder)
• Make sure that the "include CC" button is ticked
