Re: Infinite loading - can't load into one household

@luthienrising Hi, I took out all the mod and deleted the cache. I tested different households and this was the error pointed out by BE. What is game corruption? Something from the game, installation or save corrupted?  ☹️

@CaseyLynch7 It seems to me that you have a Sim in that household who's broken, so you may need to either give that household up or see what access you can get to fix it. However, you could be stuck depending on how the Sim broke. Some things to try:

- Loading an earlier version of the save.

- Loading the household in CAS, saving it to your Library, and seeing if it works in another save (this might clear some of the issues because not everything saves when you export a Sim). 

I'm going to move you over to Game Issues. People who do support there have a lot more experience with household corruption like this.

Oh man ☹️ I can delete the family, that wouldn't be a problem for me. I just don't want to lose the house, the lot with all the mods and CC. Was there a way to save the house? 

And oh, I think the problem was the PreTeen mod! I played with this outdated mod for a long time and I think something broke. I'm saying this because in BE the name of preteen Sims appears, every time I did the tests, in households that had preteens. So I don't know. I've already tried removing the mod and the same error still appears. Would it work if I aged the preteens to teenagers, and removed the mod? And thank you so much for all the help ❤️🥺

And yes, I'll try some old backups with the same save game and the same household. And I can't save the family in the library because there are more than 8 Sims and I can't access the house to save. 

@CaseyLynch7 Thanks. If you can age the preteen up in cas.fulleditmode without the mod, you could try that. You can also download a current version of the mod and delete ALL the old files for it, as you has (I recall) two outdated versions. Updating the mod may help. You'll find the current version available from adeepindigo. This must be one of those mods where an outdated version leaves info behind on the Sim even when it's removed. Adding a note about that for myself!

Hi, I'm sorry I'm late. I spent all these days doing tests. I aged up all the preteens in my save, deleted all the families that had preteens and none of that worked. When I saw that nothing I did would work, I decided to uninstall the game and install it again, but with one version back, 1.60 and not 1.70. And god, it worked! I went back to an old backup (from April) and was able to open all my homes without any problems, with all the mod and CC (updated now) and so far everything is fine. I think something in the new update broke in my game, I saw a lot of people reporting various problems, so I think I was one of the unlucky ones. Now I'm going to play this version of the game and see if there are any problems, so far is good.

I would like to thank all the people who tried to help me, especially @luthienrising you saw all my reports, BE, LE and everything. You are incredible. So thank you 🥺❤️

@CaseyLynch7 You are going to need to update to game version 1.107 beginning June 10. I highly recommend figuring out what's broken in your save. Check the updated Broken CC list, especially if you had opted into DX11 when you updated.

Why June 10? But that's the problem, I can't find which broke the game. I checked every mod and CC one by one and they all worked, and I updated them all. It's something very strange. About DX11, I try both options, with DX11 and with DX9, and the result was the same. Honestly I don't know what to do 💔

Hi, it's me again lol. I updated my game to the latest patch, updated all mods and CC again and opened the game with DX9 (I thought that only clicking on the game options was necessary to open with DX9, so I changed it in the game files, to open with DX9) and it worked! I haven't had any problems so far. I still get reports from LA and BE, the same errors as AgeProgress, but so far it hasn't affected gameplay. So I'm going to try more, play and see what happens, because until then the problem was DX11, but I don't mind just using DX9, even though my computer supports DX11. What matters is that I can open all my households with all mods and CCs. Thanks again ✨💜

@CaseyLynch7 After June 10, the game will have to be updated to 1.107 (for people who hadn't yet). Glad you can get into households again!
