@naeshelle Did you ever delete any files out of the tray folder ? Maybe there are some files missing that the game needs.

There's a tool called Tray Importer that can maybe help you get further info to what's corrupt about them.

@crinrict Thanks for the link! It looks like the SGI is missing for every corrupted library household. Do you know what I can do about this? Are my households lost?

@naeshelle If you don't have a backup somewhere, I don't think there's away to recover it.

Did you ever upload them to the gallery or still have them in any saves ?
