This is what it looks like when I search for EP16, I've both re-installed my whole game and deleted the individual EP16 file from my Sims 4 folder and reinstalled it through the EA app, neither worked. I had the same problem with For Rent which eventually turned up in my game weeks later without me doing anything? If you know what I should do to get it to show up in game i'd be really grateful : )
Also I’ve checked online and the purchase was fulfilled
@EdenRigby Did you buy from EA or a third-party seller? I just want to be sure the "fulfilled" references an EA order and not something else.
Your EP16 folders are in the correct locations, so I don't know why the pack wouldn't show up. Are you sure that none of the content is in your game? Please open CAS or Build/Buy and see whether you can filter for Lovestruck content. If it's not loading, the game will tell you that you don't have that content, which is a different problem than having some of the content but not all of it.
I bought it on pre order from the EA app.
I just checked there is content in CAS but I didn't notice it because I can't filter it, and it doesn't have the icon! The same applies to Build/Buy
I fixed it, I was being stupid and when deleting my mods and I missed one of them! After deleting it the world was glitching and broken and had no names so I deleted the EP16 file re-installed it and everything works now!
It was All words are residential by Zerbu in case anyone else makes the same mistake
